Step-by-Step Guide to Completing KYC on Rootshive

Sign in to Your Rootshive Dashboard

Sign in into your Rootshive account using your registered password, fingerprint or your face ID. Once you've successfully signed in, you will be directed to your dashboard.

Start the KYC Process

On your dashboard, click on more, locate and click the "KYC" prompt.

Kindly follow the instructions.

Select Nationality and Continue

Select your nationality from the provided dropdown menu and click on the "Continue" button to proceed to the next step.

Enter Your Email Address

Enter your valid email address in the space provided and click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

Verify Email Address

A 4-digit OTP (One-Time Password) will be sent to the email address you provided. Check your inbox, retrieve the OTP, and enter it into the appropriate field. Once done, click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

Fill in Personal Details

Now, you will be prompted to input your personal details exactly as they appear on your valid identification document. Provide your first name, middle name (if applicable), last name/surname, and date of birth in the designated fields. Once you've filled in the required information accurately, click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

Input Your Phone Number:

Enter your phone number in the specified field and click on the "Continue" button to proceed.

Verify Phone Number:

Similar to the email verification, a 4-digit OTP will be sent to your phone number. Retrieve the OTP, input it into the designated field, and click on the "Continue" button.

Camera Permission Required:

Kindly click on allow permission once you have read the instructions.

Instant Verification:

Upon successful completion of the above steps, the verification process will be conducted instantly. If all the provided details match the requirements and your valid identification document, your KYC will be verified, and you will receive a confirmation message.

KYC Completed:

Congratulations! You have successfully completed the KYC process on Rootshive. Your account is now fully verified and ready for enhanced usage.
