Onboarding Process for Rootshive App
Welcome to Rootshive! We're excited to have you onboard. To get started with our app, you'll need to complete a few essential steps. This guide will walk you through our Onboarding and KYC (Know Your Customer) process to ensure a seamless and secure experience.
Step 1: Download the App
Visit the App Store or Google Play Store.
Search for "Rootshive".
Tap "Install" to download the app to your device.
Step 2: Create Your Account
Open the Rootshive app on your device.
Tap on "Create Account".
Fill in your personal information, including your full name, email address, and a secure password.
Read and accept our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Tap "Sign Up" to complete the registration process.
Step 3: Complete KYC Verification
Log in to your newly created Rootshive account.
Navigate to the "Profile" section and select "KYC Verification".
You'll need to provide the following documents:
A government-issued photo ID (passport, driver's license, etc.
Follow the instructions to upload photos of your documents.
Submit your KYC application and wait for confirmation. Verification is immediately.
Step 4: Explore Rootshive
Once your KYC is approved, you're all set to explore the features of Rootshive. Start by customizing your profile, connecting with friends, and exploring our wide range of services.
