Creating Your Account

Getting started with Rootshive is easy and straightforward. Our user-friendly registration process allows you to create your account in just a few simple steps.

Step 1: Download and Install the Rootshive

The first step to creating your account is to download and install Rootshive onto the device that you want to use for transactions. Or visit our website to sign up. Once you have completed the download and installation process, it’s time to move on to the next step which is Slide to start.

Step 2: Sign up

The next step is to sign up on Rootshive.

Click on Sign up

Step 3. Select account type & Select your Industry

There are generally three types of accounts on the Rootshive. The Individual account, Business account and the Merchants accounts.

Individual Account: Best for an Individual providing good and services.

Business Account: Best for Business or organization providing good and services

Enterprise Account: Best for Third-party resellers or distributors of good or services.

Pick the account type tailored to suite your need and select your industry.

Step 4: Create my account

You will be required to provide your username, email address, phone number. and password.

Fill in your details and click on next

Step 5: Successful Registration

Step 6: Authorize Your Device:

Now that you have successfully signed up, you will be required to authorize your device, you will see a pop up “OTP sent”

An authorization email is sent to the you by sending a specific request of authorization. This however authenticates you, this request is sent to the email number provided. A 4 digit security code is sent to your to email.
